Raikage meets wth hokage

Kenji the Raikage was sitting on his chair waiting for the hokage to arive he had sent a messanger hawk a week ago and invited the hokage here to reopen negotiations of course no one knew the raikages actual identity so he was sure that he would come

The Hokage, flanked by two tigers, Feng and Kasha, walked inot the raikage's office, the Anbu eyed the tiger's suspiciously, he held his hands up, "don't worry their harmless kittens." he said as he walked into the raikege's office. the man was behind a vail so he couldn't see his face. "Raikage-dono it is an honor to meet you." he said respectfully.

" the same to you" kenji said from behind the viel how have you been did you make it here easily"

"It was a fair trip, the weather was nice and i got a chance to sit for a while and compose a new peice on my flute. So you wish to reopen diplomatic relations, why is that may i ask." he said kindly, slightly remembering the voice but he couldn't put a face to a name.

kenji then said " oh no i was giving you the chance to give me a reason to reopen them for right now i have no reason to do so"

"we have a lot to offer you as allaies. our country has long since been strong and powerful among the elemental nations not just in ninja but ecanomically and technalogicaly. we have an advanced training regimin plans for ninja that i have developed in the past few years that i would be willing to share with you and i am the only kage to have servuved the assasination attempt by akatsuki last month" he siad pointedly

"aww yess but none of that is proof that you wont betray us " kenji said "i want somthing that would allow me to take vengence should you betray me then id be willing to work on a treaty" kenji said

"i see and why exactly would you think we would betray you, konoha has never betrayd any of the treaties she has made why would we start now?" he asked slightly insulted

" because i have gotten a tip off that you were planing to take over all five hidden villages to create peace that would be a betrayl " kenji said and if i am going to put myself at risk like that i want to know all of the secret ways into your village" kenji said

Soku had activated his chakra sensing the second he recognized the voice and now dropped all pretense that he realized exactly who he was speaking to. "My my Raikage kenji that does have a nice ring to it doesn't it?"

" i know right thats what i thought when i first got the idea now now do go attacking now that would make it apear like an attack on the village of clouds and you would be at war and you might not make it home" kenji said removing the viel

"no i wouldn't be so stupid friend, and like i said i do wish to be allied with you weather it be under the pretense of fellow Kage's or as anything else. we have the same goals kenji the same dreams."

" well we have 2 different ways to obtain it " kenji said " well if this is what you have to say it is time for you to lave" kenji said

"now now, i wasn't done, i came prepared to make a bargain and you have requested a chart of the villages secret passeges, there are only five and they all connect with the hokage monument." he said pulling out a scroll. "if you can figure out the code then you will have your chart."

kenji was taken aback but he didnt let it show "why thank you" he said accepting the scrolls

" wat would it include " kenji said
