kenji had heard that the village hidden in the clouds were making the Raikage postion open to any ninja there was to me a battle royal to decide the new raikage and kenji decided it was a good idea for him to become the raikage so he went and regesterd for the tournament wich was taking place today there was only one additional requirement you couldnt belonge to another village and since kenji was a rouge ninja that ment he quallified and as soon as kenji stepped into the ring he just jumped up high and shot a giant wind bullet at the center of the stage wich knocked most ofthe conteneders out of the ring than he created a giant typhoon complete with rain and lightning one the remainder of the particapents and then there was only one more shinobi and kenji waited for the remaining sinobi to attack him the shinobi charged kenji grabed his punch and threw it aside he then layered his hand with lightning and stabed his hand through the shinobis arm and he discharged it inside of it wich tore the arm apart then kenji roundhouse kicked the shinobi back and kenji sent down a rain of ice spikes on him "looks like i win" he said simply and they held the inaguration that night and kenji said that he would leave most of the every day disitions and duties to the elders and he would come and make the big desitions and protect the village when needded then kenji left
