Team 1s second mission

Vaner sighed and mummbled something under his breath aenji was a fat lard. after a half hour he stood back up and started walking toward the vally of hte end with out a word.

Zati chickled and followed after.

"well shit I already knew I could solve it and vaner was the one with the scroll so I thought he should try to solve it" kenji said wisley

"you could have atleast offered." Zati said quietly. after another hour they reached the spot where the complex was located. Vaner preformed some handsigns and slammed his hand down and a platform arose with a hole in it. he turned to Zati. " think you have the key sensei?" he asked kindly..

Zati produced a hexagonal prism from his sleeve and stuck it in the hole and turend it counter clock wise. the clif face a melted away as it had been covered by a genjutsu and revealed a small door three feet wide and six feet high apeared infront of them.

Vaner then turned to Zati and said, "i didn't know our clans where related?"

"why do you think your clan are such good friends with ours, and such good bladesmen."

Vaner shrugged and Zati motioned for htem to wlak in.

"well i think ill wait out here and keep watch while you 2 go and frolic in your old complex k" kenji said this with no emotion in his voice because he really didnt care about this he just wanted to start the real mission

"get your head out of your ass kenji!" Zati said and pushed him forward. "i came here a week ago and set up a trainging exersice for the team, not jsut Vaner. this mision was a ruse. Baka"

" watever wats the training" kenji said with out the slightest hint of embarasment

Zati sighed and opened the door to the complex. they stepped into a large court yard like area that was completely barren it was a mile deep and twelve feet high high. Zati slammed his hand down on the ground and a labrinth apeared decending from the ceiling and rising from the ground. conecting in the middle so that you couldn't climb over the top. "within this maze is a gauntlet of challenges and you must reach the center by the end of the week. in your packs are scrolls with supplies to last the week. i will see you in the center." with that Zati sunk into the ground and went ot the center where he had set up a room for him to sleep in, creating a giant labrinth with a bunch of traps and auto activated puppets had taken a lot out of him.

"Well lets get started then." VAner said looking at the wall infront of him he could sense that it was chakra resistent because once sensei had gone behind the first wall he had lost Zati's signature.

" well i have got falicias sword wich can scence chakra so we can know wich way he is also im thinking if a use all of the chakra in my sword and absorb it for one attack i can take out about half these steel tree like things wat do u think vaner is it worth the risk" kenji asked with full seriousness

"No" Vaner said simply, "the walls are made so that you cant sense chakra direction and i don't want you waisting your chakra he probably thought about that and will have precautions set up against it." He said walking into the first hallway, it was kind of creepy and dark.

"but see the beauty of this attack is that i wont be waisting any of my chakra" its all other peoples chakra" kenji said with a twisted smile

Zati rose out of the ground and smiled. "hand over your blades. i forgot ot grab them before i left. this will be done with normal ninja tools only." he said kindly holding out his hand he had two normal plain tachi blades in his hands.

" fine" but before kenji did he absorbed all of the chakra from it and stored it in himself kenji knew this was probly a bad idea but he also knew that the only reason zati would take those is so he couldnt do something with the chakra he just had to figure out what

Zati chuckled as he felt his student drain the hcakra from the blade before leaving. luckily he had ordered a medical team before they got there to be on stnad-by. he had a feeling he would need it. with that he sunk back into hte ground and headed back ot hte center room.

"WEll that sucks. lets get moving he lefta trace amount of chakr ai can follow ofr alittle while before itr fades." he said running after it.

he wasnt as good at sencing chakra as others but he did noticed wich direction all right stand back im gonna blast a hole through the steel "s rank fire ball jutsu" golden flames burst through all of the steel and melted down half of the steel forest "come on lets go knowing him it will grow back kengi ran down towards thew middle

just as they both stepped into the next row the trees reformed and a simple steel puppet with blades for hands appeared as well.

"you'r first taks." Came Zati's voice from a come on the puppet, "is to defeat this puppet within ten minutes or it excplodes painfully... for you any way.and if you use a jutsu to do it seals on the wall explode, painfully."

"wel we made a little progress " kengi sat down and begain to meditate " u hold him off for a minute while u get something ready " after he said this kengi concentraited his chakra and begain to create ice particles in the ground then he started go form them together

"he said no jutsu!" Vaner said as the puppet started attacking. he pulled out hte normal katana and started blocking. he jumped into the air and kicked it in hte back as he twisted around when he landed the puppet hit him in the back. "gah, get off your but and help me!"

"well I'm not sure if this counts as a jutsu so here I go" spikes of ice came up and locked the puppet in one place with no way of moving "all right you take it out I have one more precaution " kenji made a dome of ice around them and pulleys to support it just in case

Kenji shivered from the sudden cold of the ice creation and then jumped and sliced the puppet in half as it became brittle form the ice. there was a small ding sound ut no explosion.

"Guess that means it doesn't count as a jutsu." Vaner said "i have an idea. as we go through the maze use your ice ot make a miniature."

"im not that good at it I can't make it that detailed so let's keep going"

fine at least i have photographic memory . and if that fails we can make marks on the walls to indicate where we have been." Vaner said taking moment and scratching a nitch in the wall as they went.


as they went along the traps got harder and harder until they came to the near center he snesed nothing around but he could tell something was coing..

"keep an eye out, something is coming for us.

"All right lets do this im getting annoyed we need to hurry up so i can get back to real training"

as they turned the corner the stepped infront of a twenty foot tall dragon made of steel, it was an exact replica of Zati's. in fact it was. Zati stood on top of the dragon with puppewt strings attached to the great dragon. "you made it ot the end, now it's time for you to be done with this.

as he said this the chest hatch oppened on the dragon. "of course you have to get past the dragon first." he twitched his finger and the hundreds of kunai and scyth heads flew at them.

Vaner puled out hte blade he had been given and blocked the first set and dodged the other half and ran towards the dragon.

" we are so not ready for this " kengi sent up ice spikes up at the raining metal then he sent up pillers try to limit the dragons
movement then he yelled " what type of chakra and jutsu do u have" he asked vanner as he sent up move pillers and sent spikes
at the dragon he ducked as he charged up the wall to the dragons head " fireball jutsu" a stream of fire hit the dragons head then kengi ducked as its tail swung wide over kenjis head then kenji threw paper bombs at the dragon as he fell
