Team 1s first training

Kenji was once again the first one there of course after he walked Faliocia home he came straight here to train on his own.
Kenji begain to draw his sword and charge chakra to it he held it there for a minuet the slashed down with a earth type chakra glow to ithe did this for 30 minuets then kenji did some fighting training untill they got here

Vaner was the first of the younger team mates to arrive, though unkonwn to them Zati had been there for a half hour. he liked the determination he saw in Kenji.

Vaner stepped up to Kenji and watched him run through hte forms. "hey man, sorry about earlier really i say things with out thinking soemtiems." he said rubbing the back of his head nervously.

kenji stopped half way through a form looked up at vaner "its alll right you were just act cool tryin to impress the girl huh"
as kenji said this he saw movment in a near by tree so sensei is allready here huh kenji thought

Venar laughed and smiled, "Impress her, please I've known her for years." he said kindly. he looked around nervously and noticed movement in a bush. His older brother had told him about the possibility of it being a detection test.

Falicia walked up and smiled in her blue silk outfit that was snug over a set of basic armor. "hey boys, you two getting along well?" she asked seeing some tension in Venar's body language as he was gazing at a bush.

Zati laughed he had been detected by two of the raw genin, yet the one he expected to find him haddn't seen the obvious movement in the bush. oh well, never make assumprions based on reputation. he rememberd his old sensei's lesson.

kenji made hand signs then swiftly aimed at the tree "water style water bullet" a medium sized ball of water rushed at the tree as it hit the tree he saw a blood splatter

Zati had placed sensors all over the field and had both seen the handsigns and felt chakra build up. He took a moment ot think as the water ball headed to him and decieded to use a substutution with a simple genjutsu. fake blood spattered on the tree trunk and a body fell to the ground under the tree.

Venar's mouth hung open for a second hten he went off. "what the hell was that you just killed our sensei!" he demanded running at Kenji.

Falicia stopped him, "idiot, Water bullet doesn't cause blood spatter like that at the most it causes internal damage, that wouldn't have killed sensei because he has armor, right." she said shakily and with a tinge of hope.

No teh way i formed the water it would splatter blood "kenji said as he blocked vaners oncoming attacks with ease

Venar went on with his atack even harder after he said that. Then a hand grabbed his shoulder and Zati's voice came to his ears, "do you really think i would actualy get hit by such a novice move after i have been keeping a close eye on him for the past half hour?" he said to hte enraged boy. "settle down, and good show Kenji, never let your slef get snuck up on, but consult your team mates next time, a group of shinobi never prospers unless there is team work and comraderi among the team members." Zati siad

Venar stopped after he heard his sensie's voice. "why are you complamenting him? he just attacked you!" he said angrily.

"He did what any shinobi would have doen in a real situation, being in ones own village never constitutes safty. always be on guard."

"i also would have told them to attack but u and those steel probs that r every were i coyldnt have with out giving away wat i was going to do" kenji said explantaroly "so sensei what r we going to do today

Zati nodded. "Very well," he looked over the team mates and said "today you will be given the true genin exam. you are all intelagent," he said holding up his hand as a hot headed Venar was about ot start ranting again. "Think about it could a simple genjutsu truely qualify a person ot be a shinobi, I'll answer, no." he said simply.

"you will be attempting to find one of these five puppets," he siad sendign chakra strings to his back and four five foot tall bronze dragons apeared attached ot a string infront of him. "once yo uhave found one you must sucsefully deactivate the mechanism that makes them move on their own, you have one hour before the mechanism shuts off by itself." again you have one hour." after he sent chakra into them he sat down and pulled out a flute and started playing as the dragons zipped into hte forest around them.

"guys lets not worry about each getting a dragon lets all concentraight on the slowest moving one allright " kenji said "ill go to teh right vaner you come at it from the left Falicia you come up from behind you are the fastest out of us " kenji said this quickly and smoothly then jumped after the puppets right sideracing to keep up

Zati smirked on the inside at Kenji's leadership skills. He would go far. Venar nodded, knowing this was the best plan, he had come up with a similar one but didn't voice it fast enough. He went to the forest and followed the one identafied as the slowest one. Falicia came up from behind and when they had it boxed in she nodded for them all to converge on the little beast.

Kenji signaled that he was going in then drew his kodach hammered down on it he felt exilerated at the thought of battle his heart beat like a million miles an hour and time seemed to slow down

through chakra sensors Zati monitored their progress and noticed when Kenji was about to attakc. he twitched a finger and the puppet jumped out of hte way and opened it's mouth. unluckily for him the slowest one was slowist because it had the most complex mechanism. the slight hum of the electrical generator started up then a small jolt shot at the kodachi and down the blade into hte hilt.

kenji got shock and he fell down " keep going hit it with a wind jutsu " then he crasged on the ground and kept trying to get feeling back into his body he was back up in less then 30 seconds he chased back after them

"neither of us have wind chakra, but that didn't look like a jutsu any way it was too uncontrolled." Falicia called over her shoulder as she tossed a senbon in it's arms and legs dissabaling it's movement.

Vaner jumped on it and opened a hatch on the back and saw the mechanisms inside. he quickly touched each mechanism with a figner nad found hte one that made it move with out being controled directly by chakra strings and deactivated it. all the mechanisms that moved the body fell limp. Zati's voice came through the dragon's mouth. "Good that's one down now you have three more to go, that have had much more time to hide, you have fourty five minutes left get going." he ended in a singsong voice trilling a few notes from hsi flute into the micraphone then shuttign down the little dragon completely. with a puff of smoke it went back inot it's place in his scroll.

"wrong teach we only have 2 more to take care of i had a group of water clones take care of the other 2 " Kenji said with a smile as he caught up " here guys he tossed a radio to each of them "well split up and search foor the remaining 2 then well radio in and disable them and we still have like 40 minuets left " kenji said this confidently to keep up moral but he was seariously low on chakra having the clones go that far away took a hell of alot out of him " lets go" and he took off

Zati was shocked, he had concentraited too much on the one puppet and wasn't chekcing for other chakra signatures. again he smiled, kenji would go far.

Vaner took the transmiter and hooked it up to his collar. He ran east to hwere he had seen one of the other dragons go and Falicia went west. Venar had the inate ability ot sense chakra signatures. it was a little underdeveloped so he hadn't told any one but once he could use it well he would reveal the ability. he folowed the small chakra signature until he found it behind a bush. "found it five meters east of departure position regroup." he whispered into the mic.

kenji who hadnt moved very far yet started to run towards vaner "Falicia you keep looking for teh last one me and vaner will take this on out"kenji said into his mic
kenji ran for a couple minuets then wispered into his mic "allright vanner i see both of you u give the signal to charge in" as kenji said this he slowly drew his kodachi into a thrusting stance ready to charge he gatherd fire chakra and formed it around his blade it glowed red but wouldnt catrch fire like it was supposed to do but he was still ready to charge

Shouldn't have used the chakra. Zati thought as the sensors picked up Kenji charging chakra into an attack.

Vaner gave the signal and released a bolt of lightning from his hand "Lightning style lightning strike fist!" he declared as it shot towards the little metal puppet. but it had already jumped into the air. the tail opened up and it rained senbon onto them.

Ha, i just crapped on my students. Zati thought childishly.

takKenjis body acted instinctivly he ran takled vanner and shielded him hith his own body "damn it " kenji said covered in needles and soaked in his own blood "that was my fault im such an idiot i forgot about his damn steel balls " kenji shakily stood up "come one we are not letting it get away" kenji grabbed vanner and spun around and chucked him at the puppet "take it out vanner"

Venar saw the puppet jump and cursed himself for forgetting about the sensors as well. then was completely surprised by his team mate takeling him and takign hte blow. as Kenji tossed him he charged up another attack, this tiem we have him. he htought as he soared toward the dragon and launched the ball of electricity. it hit the dragon squar in the mechanism and it fell to the ground.

Just as htey finished Falicia's voice came through their comlinks, "Boys help, the puppet saw me and turned into some sort of disk and started soaring after me!" she ran through the forest form a disk of metla floating behind her cutting down trees. she knew it wouldn't actualy hurt her but it had cut afew of her hairs in the back.

Kenji poured as much chakra as he could into his legs and sprinted towards Falicia his legs were on fire his whole body ached but he kept going he saw her the disk was just about to hit her when kenji jumped drew his sword poured the last of his chakra into his kodachi and a blazing inferno erupted around the blade and kenji struck down and sliced the pupet in half then he turned around smiled at Falicia and said "your safe now" then he collapsed onto the ground

Zeti felt the chakra blaze up and jumped ot where the team was. Falicia was trying to wake him up and Vaner was staring wide eyed and jaw dropped. "Dumb ass like i would hurt you guys, he expended his chakra and now he needs to go to hte hospital. the puyppet disapeared and Zati bent down and picked him up. "Take a lesson from him, determanation is a good thing, but don't push it too far unless you have to, you could die if you did." he sighed and siad "you all pass, good job, now come on we can all take him ot hte hospital."

just before they left for the hospital kenji opened his eyes "hell no we are going to celebrate " kenji stood up and wobbled a lot "he could u guys pull out these damn needles" he smiled at them
