Treaty with the Mist

Ryo knoked on the hokages door "Hello I had a meeting here"

"ryo, come come i am glad your kage has sent you as an embassedor to our lands. i believe you have information about a treaty of some sort?" he asked kindly.

"Yes sir" said Ryo as he bowed "Anyway the mist once we found out Kenji became raikage we immediately canceled all relationships with them and we want a treaty with the leaf for protection"

"i have actually just finished ratifying my treaty with cloud. kenji and i have spoken and he did not mean to betray us as we thought. he only left to find some one who could adiquitly foster the gift that he had aquired." Soku said kindly.

"Sure" said Ryo sitting down "My master still dosent rust him though" he said taking out papers.

"never said i did, i was jsut saying his reasons for leaving." Soku said kindly.

"so you want a sanctum treaty." Soku said pulling out files from his desk of past sanctum treaties.
