Chakra affinity: (Can only be used by Jonein) Can turn in to a lightning string when chalkra is chanlled in to it (Ryo can't use this but just for refrance).

please follow the weapons template and the summoning would be in jutsu archives, wehre all your known jutsu must be posted but you are a genin so the summoning would not be approved any way unles it was a clan summonng or something like that. please edit acoardingly.
